This base easily fills with water, adding all the support a patio umbrella needs. No table required! Wide bottom provides greater stability than typical bases. A long pole receptacle can accommodate umbrella poles. The base when empty - is much lighter than similar units on the market, making it easier and less expensive to ship. Features
Maximum weight: 48.5 lbs. when filled with water and sand. The weight can be filled with either water or sand for stability and support. This umbrella base is resistant to harsh UV, fade, stain and rust. Note: Water and sand are not included with the base.
Hand-turn knob to fix the umbrella: The round base design of this product is big enough to hold the umbrella, and features one hand-turn tightening knob for securing an umbrella to the base. One hole inside and one knob outside which could fix your umbrella tight. Plastic inserts on the top of steel pipe fit for 1.5" to 1.9" diameter umbrella poles.
